Recruitment

Many of our camps benefit from the help of men who volunteer, from membership specialists and camp rangers, to husbands and dads helping during cookie seasons or even leading troops!

We encourage a diverse experience for our campers, which is why they need both male and female role models in their lives.

This is why men can serve as official volunteers at our camps, with the required safety standards including background checks and ratio limits.

As we move towards building a future that truly embraces equality for girls, lets make sure that we use our human resources wisely and ask more men to be part of the girl-led experience.
